Hello, I’m Anastassia. I am Russian native but born in Estonia.

I am a graduate in Business studies and have been working in that field for the last 10 years. Already in the middle of this process I got involved in the therapeutic world as I needed to figure myself out and what my life was all about. It was a crisis (a little bit too early!).

Counselling

In my work I primarily use Gestalt Therapy methods with the focus on body and mind patterns and I also incorporate other methods such as systemic psychotherapy, existential, psychodynamic and cognitive approach.

Gestalt Therapy

Gestalt therapy refers to a form of psychotherapy that derives from the gestalt school of thought. It was developed in the late 1940’s by Fritz Perls and is guided by the relational theory principle that every individual is a whole (mind, body and soul), and that they are best understood in relation to their current situation as he or she experiences it.
